Sale area lies in the Sections 3 and 4, T5N-R10E and Sections 33 and 34, T6N-R10E area of Newton County, Mississippi. GPS 32.3072, -89.267. The tract is gated. Buyers inspecting the property should follow the access instructions provided in the bid package and close and relock any gates when leaving the tract.

The successful bidder enters a 24-month timber sale contract and must notify Southeast Forestlands at least 48 hours before harvesting begins. Mississippi Best Management Practices must be followed, and roads, trails, and fences must be restored to their original or better condition after harvest.

Bids are due Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Central, submitted by text, email, or telephone. All bidders are notified after bids are opened, and the landowner reserves the right to accept the bid deemed most favorable or to reject any or all bids.
